PEACH CREAM PIE: Pillsbury Bake-off Recipe

If you love peaches and peach pie, this is deliciously easy!

Peach Cream Pie
1 Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust
4 – 5 peaches, sliced
1 1/4 cups sugar
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 tablespoons melted butter
4 egg yolks, beaten
Line a 9-inch pie pan with one Pillsbury pie crust. Place peach slices in Pillsbury pie shell. Add sugar, salt, evaporated milk and butter to the beaten egg yolks and mix well. Pour over peaches. Bake in a 400 degree F oven for 20 minutes. Then reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake for 45 minutes. Test with knife so it comes out clean in center when tested.
