A high profile murder trial will begin for a second time Monday.
David Flores will be re-tried in the 1996 death of Phyllis Davis.
He was serving a life sentence in the case but in 2009, he was granted a new trial due to new evidence.
Flores was released from prison after posting a $500,000 bond in March of last year after he served 15-years in prison.
However, his bond was revoked in June and Flores is back in prison until the trial.
