Lt. Gov. Kim Reynolds says the new RAGBRAI exhibit at the State Historical Museum will open later this week, just ahead of the event’s kickoff.
The exhibit, called “Riding Through History”, is set to open on Friday. Organizers say the exhibit will showcase artifacts, stories, photos, and videos about biking in Iowa and the highlights of RAGBRAI.
RAGBRAI starts this Sunday in Council Bluffs and riders will spend the first night of the trek in host-city Harlan. The ride ends Saturday July 27th, when riders make the trip from Fairfield to dip their front tires in the Mississippi River in Fort Madison.
