STOLEN COWS: Wyoming Man Arrested

A Wyoming man is facing charges in eastern Iowa for stealing cattle.

The Jones County Sheriff says the theft occurred over three days at a farm near Martelle. Forty-two-year-old Barry Bieber allegedly took 18 animals.

Authorities recovered the animals from a sale barn near Cascade. Their value is estimated at more than $30,000.

Bieber is charged with felony theft.
