An Ottumwa man has been found guilty in the March 2012 killing of another man.

The Ottumwa Courier reports 26-year-old Bruce Pollard was convicted Tuesday of first degree murder and first degree robbery.

Investigators say Pollard killed 70-year-old Kenneth McDaniel, the manager of Cinema X, with a pry bar and stole cash and pornographic materials. McDaniel died from blunt force injuries to the head and strangulation.

Pollard faces a mandatory life sentence in prison on the first degree murder conviction and 25-years in prison on the first degree robbery conviction.
