A Cedar Rapids flight made an emergency landing late Sunday night, after crews reported a fire on board.

Allegiant Air Flight 863 took off around 6:00 p.m. headed to St. Petersburg, Florida.

The pilot of the plane then noticed an indicator light, showing a fire in the plane’s cargo hold. They decided to make an emergency landing in Albany, Georgia just before 9:00 p.m.

All 155 passengers and six crew members got off the plane safely.

Allegiant Air says all of the passengers were bussed to St. Petersburg.

An FAA spokeswoman says no fire was found on the plane.
