Part of Interstate-80 was closed for several hours Tuesday evening because of an accident.
The crash happened in the westbound lanes of I-80 near the Brooklyn exit.
The state patrol says traffic in the area was backed up because a tow truck was pulling a semi out of the ditch from a previous accident.
A second semi-truck was unable to slow down in time and crashed into another semi-truck. Both vehicles caught fire.
Officials had to shut down the interstate for nearly four hours to clean up the scene.
Troopers say a semi driver and a woman and two children who were in a car also involved in the crash were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
