The Iowa State Fair is coming to a close. But, 26 couples couldn't let it end without celebrating a big milestone in a "fairy tale" way.

Scott Simmons knew he wanted to marry Robin Carmen. He says, "Look at her."

He just didn't know he'd get hitched at the Iowa State Fair. Carmen says, “My grandparents used to bring me, so this is kind of a tribute to them, and just for fun.”

Twenty-six couples said “I do” on the Bill Riley Stage. Producer Kurt from Star 102.5 performed the ceremony, which was complete with a corn inspired bouquet, blue ribbon boutonnieres and a butter cow for a backdrop.

Producer Kurt said during the ceremony, "Truly nothing compares to being married at the Iowa State Fair." The couples cut the funnel cake before a royal toast and their first dance.

Morning Show Host Colleen Kelly says, "We have little honeymoon packages, so they can enjoy some great state fair food, the Sky Glider, grab a beer tent, and you know, just enjoy their honeymoon at the fair, so to speak, so it will be a good day for everybody.”

Carmen says, "It was perfect timing and it's really nice. We like it."
