It was a big morning at the Iowa State Fair for a couple dozen people.

Friday morning, 26 couples said “I Do” on the fair grounds.

It’s part of the Fair-y Tale wedding hosted by radio station STAR 102.5.

The couples began walking down the aisle just before 7:30 a.m. The show’s producer is ordained and performed the ceremonies.

Following the ceremony, the couples had a group reception with fair foods, cake cutting, and a first dance.

“We have little honeymoon packages, so they can enjoy some great state fair food, the skyglider, grab a beer at the Iowa craft beer tent, and you know, just enjoy their honeymoon at the fair, so to speak. So, it will be a good day for everybody,” says Colleen Kelly with STAR 102.5.
