Des Moines Police said David Flores spent the morning in jail again.

Police arrested him for disorderly conduct Sunday morning.  Officials booked him into the Polk County Jail around 3:15 a.m.

He posted his $300 bond and was released two hours later.

This is the second time in the last month Flores was arrested since he agreed to a plea deal last month.

Flores was convinced of First Degree Murder in 1997 but was granted a new trial in 2011 when new evidence was discovered.

In July, Flores agreed to a plea deal before his re-trial began.

He was sentenced to time served and released.
