The Senate Oversight Committee will meet to next week to discuss problems at the Iowa Juvenile Home in Toledo.
Representatives from the Department of Human Services, Disability Rights Iowa and the Department of Education will be on hand to answer questions.
Committee members say they’ll try to identify problems and work towards solutions.
An investigation earlier this year revealed excessive use of seclusion rooms, restraints and inadequate education for the majority of youth.
The committee will meet on September 17th at the Statehouse.
