Zach Johnson is playing the best golf in the world, right now.

The Iowa native has had six top 10 finishes in his last seven tournaments, but was still looking for his first win of the season at Lake Forest, IL.

During the final round of the BMW Championship, Zach started the day three shots off the lead but quickly erased that.

A birdie on 12 took his score to -14 tying with Jim Furyk at the top.

Another birdie on 16 and 17 helped Johnson to a final round score of 65.

The 6-under final round was enough to clinch the BMW Championship by two shots adding to his tally of 10 career PGA tour victories for the 37-year old.

Along with the trophy, Johnson takes home close to $1.5-million in winnings.
