DOWNTOWN STABBING: Suspect To Be Arraigned

The man accused of stabbing a man downtown Des Moines will be arraigned next month.

George Woods II is charged with willful injury causing serious injury.

The 67-year old’s preliminary hearing is set for October 22nd.

Police say he stabbed Timothy Pridgen in broad daylight in Cowles Common on September 3rd.

Pridgen has made a full recovery.
