VANDALISM CASES: Police Seeking Suspects

Des Moines police are investigating vandalism claims from at least 13 victims in an area including Grand and Ingersoll avenues.

Police say the vandalism took place between 10:00 p.m. September 23rd and 6:00 a.m. the following day. Police received reports of damage caused in the 300 block of SW 7th to an area west in the 2600 block of Grand Avenue.

The vandals broke out vehicle windows, flattened vehicle tires, and damaged business windows along Grand Avenue. Police believe the damage reported is likely the work of the same vandals.
