Fareway Dietitian Whitney Packebush stopped by to show off different recipes you can use with pumpkin.  Canned pumpkin can be a great addition or substitution for the recipes you love to cook and pumpkin is incredibly healthy if unsweetened.

Canned pumpkin can be used to make pumpkin butter, as a flavoring for plain yogurt or even with Parmesan cheese to make a pasta sauce.  You can even use pumpkin with coffee to make homemade pumpkin spice lattes.
