A trial date was set for the man accused of killing a woman in Early, Iowa over the summer.
Forty-year-old Mathew Irving was charged with first-degree murder for killing 55-year-old Rebecca Hall. Hall’s body was found on July 14 in a parked van.
The state medical examiner’s office has not released a cause of death for Hall.
Irving’s trial is scheduled to begin next year on Feb. 25.
Irving is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a bond of $1 million.
