CLOUDS CLEARING: Temps To Dip Below Feezing

The light rain moving through central Iowa will begin to wind down as it moves southeast out of our area. Some flurries may still mix in in a few locations especially in western parts of the state.

As of 4 PM, rain fall amounts are all under a tenth of an inch. Des Moines at 4 PM was reporting 0.03″, Carroll 0.05″ and Creston 0.05″.

Temperatures will dip just below freezing again tonight as clouds start to clear early Thursday morning.

The remainder of the week will be dry with temperatures slowly rebounding into the mid 50s by Saturday. There is another chance for rain early next week.
