After a two hour manhunt in Des Moines, police arrested 35-year old Ryan Collier.

Collier allegedly threatened to use a gun during an argument inside Merrill Middle School Tuesday afternoon.

This isn’t the first time Ryan Collier has had a run in with police.

According to online court records, in 2003 he was arrested in Dallas County after he was reported as a fugitive from justice.

Two years later he was charged with a number of drug violations and was sentenced to ten years in prison.

Just this last December he was arrested for child endangerment and drug possession.

Collier is in the Polk County jail charged with harassment, domestic assault and interference with official acts.
