Bauder's Pharmacy (WHO-HD)

The Iowa Board of Pharmacy is upholding its sanctions against a Des Moines pharmacy where hundreds of thousands of narcotic pills are unaccounted for.

An audit last year found 700-thousand pills were unaccounted for from Bauder’s Pharmacy in Des Moines.

The pharmacy and its pharmacist, Mark Graziano, were banned from distributing controlled substances.

Bauder’s and Graziano appealed the ruling but Thursday it was upheld by the pharmacy board.

Bauder’s can still distribute other medications.

No criminal charges have been filed in the case.

W#hat is it with Sarcone’s office and his refusal to prosecute this drug dealer? He refuses to prosecute a nurse who murdered a patient at the VA hospital too, why does Polk County tolerate such a corrupt public official?
