Kim Reynolds leaves Sunday to be the featured speaker at the World Forum for Direct Investment in Shanghai.

Will the Little Guv be able to speak while Kimmy’s out of town? Doesn’t she operate the levers in the dummy that is our governor? I ask, because she’s always standing behind him him when he speaks. Seriously I am truly concerned about Branstad’s shaking, looks like he’s got Parkinson’s.
