Two people could be sentenced to life for killing a Des Moines man over the summer.

Forty-six-year-old Spencer Pierce and 27-year-old Deanna Hood were found guilty of first-degree murder and first-degree robbery, according to court records.

Police said Pierce and Hood killed 35-year-old Steven Harmon during a robbery last June.  Authorities found Harmon’s body in a parking lot on E Aurora Avenue.

The sentencing date for Pierce and Hood has not yet been scheduled.
