Sioux City police are releasing more details about that city’s second murder case of the year.

Police found three gunshot victims at a home early Friday morning.

Two of them died, they’re identified as 35-year-old Michael Delgado and 35-year-old Yolanda Valdez. A third victim, 33-year-old Luis Sanchez, is expected to survive.

Police say 26-year-old Juan Nino-Estrada fired the fatal shots. He is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count of attempted murder. He was arrested Friday morning.

Police say the shootings were drug related.

    Are these individuals legally in the United States, this would be something that the taxpayers have a right to know, since these killings are not only a tragedy, but will be very costly for the taxpayers?
