Tuesday morning the Des Moines International Airport Authority Board is expected to vote on new transportation fees.

The plan calls for fees on commercial vehicles that pick up and drop off travelers. That includes charging a fee for taxis, limos, charter buses and hotel shuttles.

The board discussed the issue earlier this year but tabled a vote in July to address questions and concerns.

If approved the new fees would take effect April first.
