Iowa’s Attorney General hopes voters will let him keep his job.
During a Wednesday morning event, Tom Miller officially announced he’ll seek re-election in 2014.
Miller was first elected attorney general in 1978. If elected again it would be his ninth term.
Looking ahead to the next four years, Miller says his office is investigating abuses by for-profit colleges, looking at shoddy debt collection practices and tackling the challenges of e-cigarettes, among other things.
Miller is also holding events in Cedar Rapids and Dubuque Wednesday to kick off his campaign.
