Seth Techel will find out on Monday if his bond will be reduced.

Techel is accused of killing his pregnant wife, Lisa, and their unborn child.  He is currently being held on a $750,000 bond for first-degree murder charges for his wife’s death.

Techel has gone to trial twice and both times the trial ended with a hung jury.

A judge will rule on the bond reduction on Monday and could set a third trial date, announce where the third trial will be as well as grant the motion for a new counsel.
