Skies are now partly to mostly cloudy and temperatures holding in the upper 30s.

Morning snow left a new blanket of snow in parts of Central Iowa:

  • Iowa Falls: 2.5"
  • Fort Dodge: 1.0"
  • Saylorville Lake: 0.4"
  • Perry: 0.3"
  • Des Moines: Trace

Some sunshine will break out by the afternoon, but temperatures will only reach into middle to lower 30s for highs. It is going to be breezy today.

Temperatures will drop on Tuesday as another push of cold air makes it way into Iowa, leaving us with highs only in the 20s and lows back into the single digits.

The rest of the week looks dry for Thanksgiving travel, but it will remain unseasonably cold.
