MILD WEEKEND: 40s To Stick Into Next Week

Overnight tonight mild temperatures will take hold across the state. Lows will be in the mid to upper-20s as light south winds set up a warm Saturday. Highs to start the weekend will be in the mid-40s with plenty of sunshine.

Sunday will be a little bit cooler, with highs around 40. Late Sunday night, light snow will be possible, especially over northern Iowa. Temperatures will remain in the 40s through Tuesday, with colder weather and a chance for rain and snow arriving on Wednesday.
