Voters on the northwest side of Des Moines will be headed back to the polls this Tuesday.

Voters will choose their next city councilman.  No candidate won a majority of votes in the Nov. 5 election.  The two candidates with the highest vote counts, Bill Gray and Sean Bagniewski, will square off in a runoff election on Dec. 3.

The polls will open at 7 a.m. for voters.
