PLANE CRASH: Iowa Native Killed In Alaska

The pilot killed in plane crash in Alaska last week was an Iowa native.

The small plane crashed in a remote part of Alaska on Friday night.

Four people were killed including the pilot, 68-year-old Terry Hanson. Hanson was from Clear Lake but moved out of the town in 1977 to fly out of Montana then eventually Alaska.

Investigators blame frigid and foggy conditions for the plane crash.

Six of the ten passengers did survive.
