Crews are still salvaging a towboat from the Mississippi River that sunk near Le Claire.

Monday, the boat was raised from the water. It is now sitting upright as water drains out.

Officials say it could be a long process to get out all of the water. The extreme cold has proven to be a challenge with the removal process

Crews have had to spend extra time un-hooking the air lines and knocking out ice forming inside.
