Police lights joined the twinkling displays at Jolly Holiday Lights in Waterworks Park Tuesday night.

Police were called to the park around 9:30 p.m. on a report of a driver weaving through traffic.

When police stopped 44-year-old Mario Linares, they say he smelled of alcohol and marijuana.

Linares was arrested and charged with OWI, drug possession and harassment.

There was no damage to the light displays.
