A Marshalltown man is in jail after being accused of breaking into a few storage units early Monday morning.

Forty-two-year-old Jeremy Davis faces burglary and criminal mischief charges.

Marshalltown police say he broke into two units at D and C Rentals and broke locks on four others at around 2:00 a.m. Monday. Police say they used a police dog to track Davis to a house. Officers found stolen items there.

So far there’s no word on how much was stolen from the storage units.
