WARM WEEK: Snow Melting Away
Today through Wednesday will be a stretch of beautiful weather. Highs will gradually climb through the 30s and into the low 40s by Wednesday and Thursday, melting much of the snow across Central Iowa in the process. By Thursday especially, the mix of warmer air and snow melt could produce cloudy and foggy conditions.
Thursday night, a chance for light rain will move in. Rain will begin transitioning to some snow by Friday morning. It will be much colder by next weekend with highs back in the 20s.
