The Science Center of Iowa is celebrating the New Year a little early.

It’s holding a family friend Noon Year’s Eve.

There is a massive balloon drop at noon along with noisemakers. Kids can also go to face painting and balloon twisting.

Noon Year’s Eve activities are included with general admission and are always free for members. The event runs until 3:00 p.m.
