Gov. Terry Branstad has a debt to pay now that the Outback Bowl is over.

He placed a bet this week with Louisiana governor Bobby Jindal over the outcome of the game.

With an LSU win, Branstad has agreed to donate 100-pounds of pork to a Louisiana food bank. If the Hawkeyes had won, an Iowa food bank would have received 100-pounds of seafood.

The LSU Tigers won the Outback Bowl by a score of 24-14.
