CENTSABLE HEALTH: Resolutions To Eat Right

Each year, one of the most popular New Year’s Resolutions is either to lose weight or to eat healthier.  Fareway Dietitian Whitney Packebush said it isn’t about dieting or depriving yourself, but instead choosing healthier foods.

Packebush recommended eating more whole grains and whole wheat as well as incorporating much more fruits and vegetables in your daily diet.

Packebush recommended snacking smart, not eating out of boredom, be adventurous and try new foods and to never skip breakfast.
