WARM UP BEGINS: Rain & Ice Possible By Friday
Clouds will build back in tonight and temperatures will be cold, but not as cold as they have been recently. Lows will drop just below zero in northern Iowa and near zero in the central and southern parts of the state. Wind chills will range from -5 to -10.
Skies stay mainly cloudy on Wednesday with a few flurries possible. Light snow could fall across the southern two tiers of Iowa counties. We will once again reach the mid-teens for daytime highs.
Each day will get a little warmer. Expect the 20s on Thursday and the 30s Friday through Tuesday. There is a chance of a rain, freezing rain and sleet on Friday.
