CENTSABLE HEALTH: All About Nut Butters

Fareway Dietitian Whitney Packebush stopped by to show the different kinds of nut butters.  Peanut butter is the most common but almond and cashew butters have been rising in popularity.

Packebush recommended with any nut butter, the more natural the product the better it is for you.  She warned that there is no definition for ‘simple’ products, so be sure to read the label and make sure the ingredients truly are natural and healthy.
