City leaders want your input on improvements to the south side of Des Moines.
The city, along with Des Moines public schools, Polk County and other community organizations want to revitalize Southwest 9th Street from downtown to the Blank Park Zoo.
A Southwest 9th Street corridor improvement public meeting will be held Thursday night at Christ the King Church at 6:00 p.m.
People are encouraged to give input on corridor concerns and improvements. Special events and community outreach plans will also be discussed.
Attendees are asked to take a short online survey before the meeting.
