Fareway Dietitian Whitney Packebush showed off some ways to make your football favorites a little healthier. Packebush said traditional wings are typically 100-calories per wing. Instead of munching on the unhealthy breading, try tossing your wings with cauliflower instead – the taste is similar and cuts the calories.
A fun new soup to try out on guests is the kale and sausage soup. The thick, hearty soup is mixed with superfood kale, spicy Italian sausage and an orzo pasta.
