Whiteout conditions will hold on overnight in Northern Iowa. Travel is not advised over much of the NE 1/3 of the state.

Dangerous wind chills will grip the state Monday morning. It will feel like -25 to -45 across the state.

A WIND CHILL WARNING is in place until noon TUESDAY for areas north of Highway 30. Southern Iowa and the metro will see a Wind Chill Advisory until noon Monday.

Monday will be mostly sunny, but still very cold and windy, with highs near zero.
