TRIAL DELAY: Doctor’s Manslaughter Trial Pushed Back
The trial of a Des Moines doctor accused of manslaughter has been delayed again.
Dr. Daniel Baldi was scheduled to go on trial for ten counts of involuntary manslaughter in December. But the courts pushed back his trial to February third.
Now, the trial has been delayed again until April 4th.
Baldi is accused of over-prescribing painkillers to ten patients who later died. One of those patients was Slipknot bassist Paul Gray.
