No matter how many calories you put in at the Blue Ribbon Bacon Festival or will add while watching the Super Bowl, you will likely fall well short of a professional eater who made her back to Iowa this weekend.

Molly Schuyler, a 120-pound mother of four from Omaha took on the "Emmenecker Challenge" Sunday at Jethro's BBQ N’ Pork Chop Grill in Johnston.

A year ago, she completed the challenge at all four Jethro's locations, finishing in as fast as 7 1/2 minutes.

At the restaurant's fifth and newest location, she shattered her own record finishing in four minutes and fifty seconds.  Amazed? Wait until you here this.

This was her fourth eating challenge in three days.

"Yesterday we were at Bacon Fest, which was fun. We also did the IHOP Pancake Bowl yesterday and took the national record eating 59 pancakes. On Friday was Wing Bowl in Philadelphia. I took the title there,” said Schuyler.

At the Wing Bowl, Molly shattered a world record by eating 363 wings in 30 minutes.

Anyone who beats her new record at Jethro's will win $1,000 dollars.
