ARAIZA ARRESTED: Man In Jail After Putting Up Cameras In Business

Police said they arrested a Grundy Center man for putting up cameras in a business to record people changing clothes.

Police said David Araiza had been contracted to remodel an Ames business but in the process set up cameras to record people in the building.

Grundy Center Police arrested Araiza at his home on Friday afternoon.  Araiza was charged with two counts of unlawful interception of communication and two counts of invasion of privacy.

Araiza is currently in the Story County Jail on a $40,000 bond.
