When it comes to college teams, you want great players.  But the kind of players you want on the team are actually in the middle; good enough to make it on the college team but not good enough to be scouted in to the NBA after a year or two playing college ball.

Players like Melvin Ejim and countless others have built up Iowa's teams because they are good, consistent players helping the team perform at its best.  These are the kind of players that colleges should be looking for and even though you love the two-year future NBA stars, the four-year college player is a coach's dream.
