The bitterly cold temperatures overnight caused slick conditions on some roads in one Des Moines neighborhood Tuesday morning.

Water was pouring out of the ground from a water main break at Southwest 13th Place and Wall.

The road is very icy and because the main break is at the top of a small hill, the water ran down the hill and onto Porter.

Anyone driving in that area will want to take it slow.
