The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers hopes you’ll stop out to Saylorville Lake this weekend to enjoy the eagles.

The Saylorville Lake Eagle Watch starts with a driving tour at the lake’s visitor center at noon on Sunday. There, visitors can watch a movie about eagles and get a close look at an eagle mount.

There are stops at prime viewing areas with spotting scopes to watch the birds soar and the event ends with a live eagle presentation at Jester Park lodge.

There will even be a chance to win prizes.

The event lasts until 4:00 p.m. It’s free and open to the public.
