COLD & SNOW: Another 2″ Monday

Overnight partly cloudy skies will allow temperatures to drop to the low teens and even single digits in Northern Iowa.

A round of light snow is forecast for Monday. Most of the accumulation will happen between Noon and 6 PM. We're looking at about 2" across Central Iowa. As much as 3.5" will be possible in West Central Iowa. It will be a dry fluffy snow.

Cold arctic air will surge into the state on Tuesday with temperatures staying in the teens for daytime highs through Friday and overnight lows in the single digits. We will also drop below zero on Wednesday morning.
