Governor Terry Branstad and other Iowa lawmakers are working to find a way to prevent bullying on all stages but one 16-year-old says its cyber bullying that is the big problem.

Cody Woodruff is a sophomore at Carlisle High School but he's been spending his time at the state capitol building lobbying lawmakers to combat cyber bullying.  Woodruff says cyber bullying is a big problem and it's everywhere.  This form of bullying, Woodruff says, is the most hurtful, because it's anonymous and there isn't much schools can do about it.  Woodruff said he hopes to change that to help prevent cyber bullying in schools and at home.
