Wisconsin representative Paul Ryan is planning to travel back to Iowa.

The Republican Party of Iowa says Ryan will headline the party’s annual Lincoln Dinner in Cedar Rapids on April 11th.

Ryan campaigned regularly in Iowa in the fall of 2012 when he was the vice presidential nominee with presidential candidate Mitt Romney.

The last time Ryan visited Iowa was in November when he headlined a fundraiser for Gov. Terry Branstad’s birthday.
